As a matter of fact, Spears filed a $10 million suit against Us Weekly last year claiming defamation of character for the story “Brit & Kev: Secret Sex Tape? New parents have a new worry: racy footage from 2004.” She and soon to be ex-husband Kevin Federline denied the story, but the court found that regardless of the story’s veracity, it did not constitute defamation.Wait, what?! That’s right EX-HUSBAND. Britney Spears, 24, filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday citing "irreconcilable differences." The couple were married Oct. 6, 2004 and share two children: Sean Preston, 1, was born Sept. 14, 2005 and Jayden James, born Sept. 12, 2006. Finally, a confirmation of the new kid’s name!
